Note: We cannot provide exchanges or refunds on monogrammed / personalized items. If your item is faulty please email email@example.com and a customer care representative will assist you further.
We understand that online shopping can be tricky at times. The Editor's Note's accepts exchanges and refunds on our products purchased online providing that the following criteria are met:
All return items must be in their original condition, must be unused and unwashed, in original packaging and/or tags attached, including seal.
Full refunds will be issued on returns excluding the original shipping costs.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, if stock is not available refund will be given.
All shipping costs incurred for returning items will need to be covered by the buyer. Shipping costs and fees are not reimbursed by The Editor's Note's.
Our returns & exchange process is simple.
First send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will then issue you a Returns Authorisation Number (RA) along with the full address to return your items to
Please note we recommend using a registered postal service as The Editor's Note's cannot be held responsible for any lost items during the shipping process.
We have a warehouse based in Australia & Hong Kong specifically chosen to facilitate all our returns.
We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Returns Authorisation Number to you!
For a full refund on returned items we aim to process within 24-48 hours upon receiving the returned items.
For exchanges, upon receiving the items being exchanged, we will send out a new order with a new tracking number.
Please note that refund will come through via the same method you used to pay
If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number
If you're refunding, we will refund you through PayPal or (the same method you used to pay), and email you once complete
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible
We offer complimentary free tracked shipping on all our orders via DHL
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Australia or Hong Kong, and are usually delivered within 3-6 working days
There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.
An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched

All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours
We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied
We use DHL for all International orders and AUSTRALIAN POST for all Australian orders.
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed or refunded by The Editor's Note's.com
